My processing time varies for each item, see the item description for more information. Please note that made to order items will take longer to process than ready to ship items. I make and dispatch all items as soon as possible but delays that sometimes occur during shipping are unfortunately out of my control.

If you are unsure of your ring size I definitely recommend getting an accurate measurement before ordering your ring.

I offer RING SIZERS for purchase or alternatively most high street jewellers will be able to measure your size.

There are a number of different sizing types used in different countries. I use UK sizing so have a look at the CONVERSION CHART if you need to convert.

Yes! Hand making all of my designs myself is important to me as I believe that a hand crafted item has more value and more soul.

I don't use premade bezel cups or ring shanks and I often begin a piece right from melting down the silver myself.

The few exceptions are the silver chains, the backs of the earring studs and I don't cut my own gemstones.

All of my silver pieces are made with solid silver. I am registered with Sheffield Assay Office but I usually only hallmark pieces that exceed the legal redemption weight in order to keep costs and production times down. Please contact me if you would like your piece Hallmarked

Most of my giftboxes are FSC approved and most of the silver is recycled eco silver.

I am working towards making more changes to help protect the environment and reduce my impact on the planet.

I strongly advise against wearing your jewellery while bathing, sleeping or during sports activities.

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and soaps - apply these before putting your jewellery on

Many stones such as Pealrs and Opals are especially vulnerable to acids and even perspiration.

You can use your Spiral Roads box to store your jewellery safely

Silver and copper will naturally tarnish over time. You can polish your piece with a polishing cloth if you like or even better just wear it a lot! - the metal tarnishes less when frequently worn due to contact with clothing etc.

The macrame is made with a durable polyester thread and can be cleaned with a little water and a toothbrush if necessary
